One room available in Liverpool city centre

I am a 25 year old PGCE student and I have one bedroom in my 2 bed flat. the flat is centrally located, less than 5 minute walk to Moorefields train station, 10 minute walk to Liverpool 1 shopping centre and 15 minute walk to the major bars and clubs.

Although not huge the flat is a good size for two people and has all the amenities (broadband, TV + freeview, washing machine etc) as I have been living here for 3 weeks.

I am a keen sportsman although I am currently not playing at the moment, I have worked with children for 4 years and have been lucky enough to do some travelling. As I am studying my PGCE I am interested in either a professional or another post graduate student. Someone who is fairly easy going and generally likes to have a laugh as I feel I have those traits.

Rent is £300 a month and I am ringing up the energy suppliers to try and pay them monthly as I have found this easier and cheaper in the past.
