Single room in student halls, larger than standard

I'm looking for someone to take over the contract for my room in student halls as I am leaving university.
It is a larger than average single bedroom as one of my flatmates by chance has a disabled bedroom next door which makes all the rooms longer.
It has an ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living room area with all the amenities required.
I live with one girl who is easygoing and likes a good night out and two boys one of which is a drama student, very friendly and very outgoing and another boy who is also sociable, likes football etc.
