My flatmate is moving out to live with her bf and I'm hoping to find someone who would want to share the tenancy from 27th March for initially a six month period.
The room is a double, use of own bathroom (as I use the ensuite) and shared living room/kitchen. Lovely views of the docks! The flat also comes with a parking space.
Rent is currently £400 for the room and bills are around £125 which includes water, electric, council tax and internet. Letting agents require £400 deposit and £100 admin fee together with references.
Ideally hoping to share with professional female.
