I am looking to find a replacement tenant for my double bedroom in Haigh Court on South Hunter Street in the city centre of Liverpool. The flat is a great location 5 minutes from the University of Liverpool/Liverpool John Moores city campus and a 10 minute walk into city centre. The tenant must be a student.

The bedroom has a well decorated ensuite bathroom and the room has good quality furniture and bed. It's large, attracts a lot of light through the large windows and airy.

This would be let officially via the management team who are on site, on site cleaning team and the building is monitored with CCTV and security doors. All bills and internet are included in the rental cost. The usual rent is £120 but I am offering this for just £103 a week. The rental term is until mid-August.
