Room in The Reach Apartments available to rent

Currently staying in The Reach apartments, situated on Leeds Street near Liverpool city centre. My current flatmate moves out in the first days of May and I am seeking a new flatmate. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, fully furnished and has an amazing view of the city from the balcony!! All the usual is supplied, ie washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, power shower etc. The room itself is big and also fully furnished with all you would need.

I'm looking for a tidy professional, who is sociable and enjoys the odd trip to the pub, preferably someone interested in sports as I'm a keen rugby/footy fan. Someone who works similar hours to me would be ideal (ie: 8. 30-5. 30). I work in a hospital, so any medical heads please apply. If interested or have any further questions feel free to contact me.
