There is a separate utility room with 2 washing machines and a dryer
There is a sunny garden to the rear of the property which is great for bbqs. There is off road car parking to the front of the house and large cycle store to the rear.
The house is 1. 5 miles from the city centre and is ideally situated for easy access to the M62, the railway network at Wavertree Technology Park Station, the Royal Hospital, Alder Hey Hospital and the Universities. Buses into the city centre stop at the end of the road every few minutes (takes 10-15 minutes into the city centre).
There is a great international food store and supermarket opposite the house (L7 Village Market) and many other shops bars cafes takeaways etc nearby. Walking distance (10 mins) to Liverpool Shopping Park on Edge Lane nearby with shops such as M&S Foodhall, Boots, H&M etc
We are looking for friendly, relaxed professionals who are happy to help keep the communal areas clean tidy and are respectful of the other house mates who are all working and need a good nights sleep! The other housemates are graduate professionals / mature students aged 24 - 35 (4 males, 4 female) However, If you are looking for all night parties then this is NOT the house for you. No students - although postgrad / mature students or international students are welcome.
Room 9 (£575) is a large sunny loft room overlooking the garden. It has a double bed, wardrobes, drawers, bedside table. It also has a separate private lounge area with sofa, desk and chair.
Working from home? No problem - we have FREE WIFI throughout the house with superfast broadband and booster pods on each floor.
All bills are included. (Gas, Elec, Water, Council Tax, Internet, TV licence).
The rent also includes a WEEKLY CLEANER for the communal areas.
There is a SMART controlled heating system, so you have complete control of the heating in your room.
We are friendly, reliable local landlords always available to deal with problems. (No agency to deal with and no hidden fees)
