En-suite double room near city & Baltic Triangle

I'm looking for someone to move into the large, double en-suite room in my flat. The flat has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms so is ideal for two people sharing to have lots of privacy.

It is in a gated complex on the third floor with a really nice balcony. It is directly opposite Brunswick station so from the flat door to Liverpool Central it takes 8 minutes if you time it right. It is walking distance to the Baltic Triangle and there is also plenty of space to park for free outside.

The current tenant is clean & tidy and looking for someone laid back and similar.

The room is available from now until approximately mid to late August when my tenancy runs out. The flat will then be available to take over from the company if you wanted to.
Rent is £412 per month plus bills.
