I am a professional looking for someone to help with bills and rent for the short term initially; the flat is ideally placed in the Georgian Quarter for the universities and Royal Liverpool Hospital, with easy access to city centre. The rent will be all inclusive.

This is a large double bedroom, which can be fully furnished. The room is not en-suite but the bathroom is just next door.

This is a quiet building so no party animals please; professional persons ideally.

I personally enjoy going out and playing/listening to live music; the area is fantastic for these types of things, plus live theatre. There are very convenient shops.

The flat does have a parking permit available although parking is on road (not usually very busy).
