Furnished double room in modern City Centre flat

I'm looking for someone to join me in my gorgeous city centre flat. The £650 includes all bills (broadband, council tax, elec, water)

It's furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

The flat is super spacious and modern, with a large open plan living room / kitchen, and balcony.

The bedroom is a double, and there is a main bathroom and en-suite to the other bedroom, so you would have the main bathroom for yourself.

The kitchen is modern and the landlord is quick to repair things.

I'm the creative artistic type and run my own video production company. I enjoy going to music events, dance classes and am very social. I also like yoga, cooking and painting, and am looking for someone who's genuine and easy going. It's important for me that I feel our energy matches and we'd be a good fit.

I go through periods of seeing lots of friends and being social and then periods of working really hard so would be around less. It is nice having a flatmate who feels comfortable watching some tv together occasionally over dinner, but also we can get on with our own things comfortably.
