Located on a quiet street in the highly desired area right by Liverpool University and Liverpool Royal Hospital, the property is literally one road away from both and by the City Centre (10-15 min walking to Bold Street or the Train Station), and has good transport links to the rest of the city.

🏠 The house includes 3 double rooms (including yours!), shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and backyard. Private parking on the street available if required. It’s a proper quiet, clean and soothing house to live in. You’re welcome to come and see it! (video of all common areas also available!).

📦House Stuff: Kitchen is equipped with Large Fridge & Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Oven, Hob, Toaster and Slow Cooker, as well as pans, plates, cutlery, etc. Your room has blackout curtains and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk & chair, lamps, etc. The living room is large with two tables, two sofas, chairs, etc. You can customize your place if you like!
