WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 4 males and 3 females and all 7 are working professionals. They are sociable but quiet and like to use the lounge after work to wind down from a long day!

- House overlooks the gorgeous Botanical Gardens. Great for your morning runs and nice to see rather than lots of traffic! This is unique with it being so close to the city centre.
- Tesco/Iceland/Home Bargains and Lidl are all just a 5 minute walk as well as a Matalan and pound stretcher also a local café.
- Edge Hill Train station is only a 2 minute walk away, so it is ideal for doctors and nurses working at Whiston Hospital or people wanting to get the train into town instead of a bus or driving.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.

MOVE IN
Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposits are registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found. General terms are that the contract is for 6 months and then it enters a monthly rolling contract
