House share, Lydiate

I am looking for a female lodger to share a 3 bed house in Lydiate. I am a live in Landlord, though due to work I am away a lot. My partner also resides at the property, however due to being Military he is mainly away other than 2 weekends a month and leave. So we are looking for an easy going individual who can also be relied upon to look after the property in our absence. Must be willing to help out with cleaning/maintenance of ‘shared areas’ (bathroom, kitchen, garden)

Within the property you would have a good sized double bedroom, fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, a double bed (you can bring your own mattress if preferred) curtains and a wall mounted TV. Your own separate living room at the front of the property with sofa provided. Shared bathroom with bath and separate shower. Shared kitchen area with range cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher & wine cooler. Shared landscaped garden with patio furniture & BBQ. Some storage is available in the shed. Bills included (Council Tax, Water, Gas, Elec, WiFi)

Close to Maghull train station. Easy access to M58 & M57. Available 1st September 2018. Viewings available from August only.
