Access to shared bathroom, kitchen, and open plan living and dining room.
15-20 minute walk to Maghull train station and 20-25 minute train in to Liverpool city centre. Also convenient train and bus links to Ormskirk, Aintree hospital etc.
I’m a live in landlord who’s looking to share my home with someone friendly and respectful. I work from an office 3 days per week and 2 days working from home. Weekday evenings are usually quiet, cooking, going to the gym, watching tv etc.
My new housemate must like dogs! You’ll also be sharing with a very friendly but sometimes mischievous Beagle :-)
