We are a retired couple who like to travel and therefore are looking for an individual who would be happy to rent a double bedroom with lots of storage and the main bathroom just across the main hall. You will share our bungalow with us while we are here and you will have it to yourself when we are travelling. You will have free reign of the main living area and garden but the other bedrooms will be locked up while we are away.
The rent will include council tax, water rates and internet, however bills (gas and electricity) will need to be covered by you when we are not there.
We have modernised our home throughout and it has most modcons and would like you to treat it like your home and look after it for us when we are away. It consists of a large open plan living dining kitchen room with conservatory and seperate tri fold doors leading out into the garden. 3 bedrooms, one with on- suite and a main bathroom.
We are an outgoing married couple and are used to sharing our previous 7 bed home in Waterloo Liverpool with our 3 daughters and visitors from all over the world who came to Liverpool to improve their English. We downsized and moved over the water to Moreton 5 years ago to this detached bungalow ahead of our retirement. Our 3 daughters live in Liverpool and we currently have a small very old Jack Russell dog living with us and if possible would love her to stay here when we are away travelling, otherwise we can arrange for her to go to our daughters.
Burton road in Moreton is very quiet as all the homes are bungalows so it is not suitable for party animals.
There is a bus stop 2 mins walk away on Bermuda Road to Liverpool and West Kirby in the day and Seacombe in the evening and there is another bus to Arrow Park hospital 4 mins walk away on Kestrel Road. Moreton train station is a 15 minute walk away.
On street parking is available outside our home and you can use the drive when we are away.
Moreton has a main shopping area a 20 minute walk from us with bars and restaurants and the beach is a 20 minute walk away.
You are very welcome to come and view our home and meet us to see how we could get on.
