Double Room Available nr. Calderstones

The room is in a generous 4 bed house however only 3 will be lived in so it doesn’t feel like a student let.

There is a generous garden and 2 living rooms plus dining room and kitchen, so plenty of space for either socialising or just some quite book/study time.

We have fibre broadband, but all bills will be split fairly between the 3 of us.

The house is just a 5 minute walk from Calderstones Park, 24hr Tesco is 5 minutes away on the other direction. 20/30 minute walk to Sefton. Bus stop 300m from the front door. Both West Allerton and Mossley Hill train stations are about 10 minute walk.

We are an active house so outdoor, adventures to the welsh hills, Peak District and Lake District are likely. We also do lots of climbing, cycling and running. Always up for a good laugh, laid back relaxing house. Somewhere to switch off after work. As well as nights in playing board games, evenings in the pub are also equally welcomed ☺️
