Spacious double room in Penny lane area

Large, quiet double room overlooking leafy yard, in beautiful, spacious terraced house. It's fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and side table.

The house is in a side street off Smithdown Road, 1 minute from a bus stop for 74, 75, 76, 80, 86 bus routes into town (20ish mins journey).

As the owner, I live with one lovely Irish lodger, Louisa (30). We socialise separately mostly but often watch some telly together or go for the occasional drink. I'm looking for a 3rd person to move into the back double room. Louisa has lived here for over 18 months, and the previous lodger lived here for 2.

I'm about to put the house up for sale so I'm looking for someone to move in short term - the room will be free till at least January, possibly until April. I will give a minimum of a month's notice, however.

Relaxed atmosphere. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly. I'm 55, a wedding celebrant, and have a cute tabby cat, Mitzy, who is pretty quiet but friendly - it'd be great if you were a cat lover! 🐱

Both the living/ dining room and the kitchen/ breakfast area are really big and lovely shared spaces. It's great to have meals together sometimes but we tend to cook individually. There's plenty of space for us all and it's important that whoever moves in knows they can have friends or partners for meals here or to stay over whenever they like.

The bathroom and kitchen are kept clean, with plenty of storage space shared out.

It's a very friendly street and there are loads of great bars, restaurants, shops and parks nearby.
