Located in the popular area of Mossley Hill, close to Smithdown Road with excellent local amenities including pubs, shops, beauticians, hairdressers, bakery and pharmacy.
It is a 10 minutes drive into Liverpool city centre. There is a bus stop approximately a 1 minute walk away that has links to both Liverpool, Liverpool South Parkway and the airport (Number 86 bus). There is parking available on the road outside the property.
I am looking for a tidy and friendly housemate. No WFH.
