I’m seeking a housemate to move in to a three bed terraced house on Rose Lane, Mossley Hill, from the 25 January 2026.
About me:
My name’s Kate, I’m 30yo PhD student and Researcher at the University of Liverpool. My current housemate is leaving later this month and so I’m looking for either a young professional or a post-graduate student to take her place from around the 25th January.
I’m a very low-maintenance housemate, hoping to find a social house share. I enjoy cooking, a nice glass of wine and sampling the best of Liverpool’s coffee shops. I work both at the university and flexibly at home so I’m generally always around. Happy to watch TV of an evening but no pressure if you’d rather do your own thing.
About the house:
Upstairs there are two large double rooms (the advertised bedroom is unfurnished), a smaller office room, landing and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a kitchen, dining area, lounge and hallway. There is also a lovely large garden to the rear of the property and a brick outbuilding.
The house is located within walking distance of both Calderstones Park and Sefton Park and Allerton Road is around the corner. There are also excellent bus links to the City Centre.
Rent is £600 pcm and bills are approx £90 pcm. Council Tax Band B.
