2 Double rooms in Lovely family home

We have two double rooms (single occupancy only) available to rent from 1st May 2026 in our home. We are looking for easy going and sociable and responsible housemates. We love meeting new people and have shared our home many times and have made life long friends and really enjoyed it. We have two furnished double rooms available in our home.
We are away a lot - about 70% of the year.

When we are at home we like our privacy and respect the privacy of others, but we are also happy to share the odd meal, bottle of wine, watch a film together, have a chat whenever time allows!

There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a shared downstairs toilet.

We are a sociable, friendly and relaxed couple.

We like the house to be clean and would expect our house mates to feel the same and contribute to the household chores.
