A clean and bright bathroom with wc/ sink / bath and shower. A large living - dining space . New carpets to both bedrooms and new flooring throughout. The apartment has double glazing and central heating. We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join the other tenant who works in the creative sector. Bills are included including council tax . Broadband to be arranged with tenant separately .
