You would be moving into a 7 person house with 6 other girls (all professional). The house is located on Blenheim Road with a supermarket, bus stop, restaurants, and bars within a 5 minute walk of the address.
The available room has a double bed, open closet, drawers, desk, chair, television, and a street-view window. The house has three bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink), a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and small back garden.
The rent price is £150 per week (negotiable) and this includes bills (with broadband), and council tax. The landlord is aware that this room is being advertised for subletting (Mr. Sales & Lettings).
There will be an opportunity to view the house and meet the housemates prior to moving in.
The room is available from 04/05/2026 until 30/06/2026 (end of tenancy), but variable start and end dates are available within this time frame.
