Room for 1 more flatmate

Hi, my names Rhys and I’m looking for one more flatmate to join me and my friend Leah for our last year at uni. It’s a shared, open plan living room/kitchen and a communal bathroom flat. It also comes with a washer/dryer machine in a separate closet. The flat is right above a convenience store (very convenient) and lots of other cafes along the street- there’s also a big Tescos that is less than a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop right outside the flat and there’s also a bus stop that is about a 5 minute walk away that takes you directly into the city centre. The area itself would be considered as quiet, there’s a primary school near but apart from that, it’s a lovely place to live and explore! About us: we’re a fun and non judgmental household who love socialising and having a laugh.
