Person to share 4 bedroomed house just off Penny L

3rd person wanted to share 4 bedroomed house off Penny Lane. Landlord works away during the week, usually there of a weekend. One other long term housemate lives at the property.

Both Landord and housemate aged 45 and relaxed and chilled. House has two living rooms for when you want privacy, all bills included apart from landline phone, broadband included. On street parking for cars, good area, lots of amenities nearby and a good place to live. Interested parties must like cats though as there are 2 at the property.
