Fab, friendly home with dog!

We are looking for a female housemate to share my large 5 bedroomed terraced house in a leafy area of south Liverpool, close to Sefton park. This will make a total of 3 of us in the house.
The loft conversion is very large with ensuite. It also has plenty of storage space.
The house has a large shared lounge, a big well equipped kitchen, separate dining room, bathroom, 2 toilets and a small yard.

l have my own work room/sitting room where I make stuff.

We are 3 miles from the city centre, with a bus stop round the corner, and frequent buses. We are close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Allerton Road, Smithdown Road and Lark Lane. There is on road parking.


We are friendly and welcoming and do some shared activities, as well as having busy individual social lives. I have been sharing my house in this way for more than 10 years, and Lisa has been here for 8 of them and we have become firm friends. I have enjoyed sharing the journeys of all those who have passed through, and am still in touch with some of them.


There is a low key, friendly dog in residence who is getting on in years.

We are looking for an independent, friendly and mature person of any age who likes dogs and is sociable.

We are both working people. So the house is usually very quiet, but we also have family and friends to visit and stay over on occasion. There is a spare room where guests are welcome to stay.

All bills are included except for gas and electricity, this is split 3 ways on a monthly basis based on energy usage over the previous month. Currently this is about £35 a month, but will increase in the winter.
