Great double room in shared house for 4 people. The room is light and airy and the house is newly painted and refurbished to a high standard and is very convenient for shopping in the centre of Neston.
The kitchen/dining area is large and includes a breakfast bar, table and chairs and fridge/freezers for use of tenants. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower (fully tiled and glazed) and sink/vanity unit and heated towel rail. Toilet is separate from the bathroom. The shared areas of the house are professionally cleaned fortnightly and the gardens are maintained.
All bills are included as is super fibre Broadbandi.
Any potential tenant must be responsible and reliable and able to get along with the existing tenants who are friendly, welcoming and respectful.
