I’m Grace, I’m 21 years old working a full time job.
I own a modern two bedroom apartment in the lovely area of Neston. It is situated in a locked gated complex.

There is a spacious lounge/kitchen area and a large modern shared bathroom.

I am looking for someone of a similar age to live with. You need to be clean, tidy and respectful as I work shifts including nights!

The apartment is already fully furnished and ready for someone to move in.
