Roommate Wanted - Liverpool Area

Housemate wanted, I require my housemate to be trustworthy, respectful and agree to personal terms. I own a 3 bedroomed house with a large living area and kitchen, there is a rear and front garden and 2 bathrooms within the living environment which you will have all access to apart from bedrooms. The bedroom available unfurnished but have a double bed available. I require the candidate to be pet friendly as I own a dog however it is subject to terms on their pets entering the house. I don’t require the person to be professional but would prefere. My house is a terrace built but I own the end house where noise is minimal and situated in a quiet part of Liverpool but only a 25 minute drive into the city.
