The house is minutes from the beach, the Light Cinema, Morrisons, Fort Perch Rock, the golf club, churches, Post office, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and cafes. The house has a nice, friendly, relaxed atmosphere and you would be sharing the kitchen, bathrooms and storage room with two other people. Drugs will not be tolerated.
