Houseshare-large room in spacious friendly hse

I am a relaxed but clean and friendly guy. I have a large refurbished town house in central New Brighton. The house is close to beach and all transport and shops / links etc. The rooms are spacious and the place is well decorated and kept clean with good facilities. As I don't need all the space I am happy to share with good company. There are 2- 4 people maximum at any one time and all friendly professionals, including myself. The house has 2 good living rooms and modern kitchen; the bedrooms are spacious doubles and furnished with large wardrobes etc.. I take care of most bills but we do share the gas / electricity to encourage economic use. Need to know more, feel free to call and chat. Leave a message ifI don’t pick up.
