Double Room in Spacious & Friendly Maisonette

Hello!

I have a furnished double room available in a lovely 2-bed maisonette on a quiet road in New Brighton 🏡 Currently occupied by myself and two British Shorthair cats - Guinness and Madri. They’re the dream!

The flat is split over two floors with two living rooms, a home office (with a pool table) and two upstairs bedrooms. There is also a treadmill and cross-trainer (in your room in the pictures but will be moved!).

The kitchen has an island - air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, slow cooker, rice cooker all included! There is a separate fridge & freezer in the utility room.

I’ve been doing up my place for a while and it would be great to share it with someone respectful who would like to make it a home!

We don’t have access to the garden as this is owned by the downstairs occupants but we’re a stone’s throw from the park & beach. New Brighton train station and Victoria Road are 10-15 min walk away.

I’m an easy-going person who enjoys cooking, cold water swimming and stand-up comedy. You’ll usually find me at the beach or in one of the local pubs!

I work in the field of community development & research 9-5, occasionally from home but there is plenty of space in the flat if we happen to cross-over :)
