Quiet Victorian townhouse in New Brighton

Welcome to my lovely home which is situated in the heart of New Brighton!

Close to local coffee shops, the train station and just a stones throw away from the promenade and beach.

The house has underwent a whole new renovation throughout and the tenant would be occupying their own ground floor apartment, which includes their own private bathroom.

The ground floor bedroom has been newly decorated and furnished.

The tenant will have a freshly painted room, with new carpets, fully furnished with a spacious king size bed and plenty of storage space too.

The room also includes a TV which has Netflix fired on as well!

The ground floor bathroom has just recently been tiled throughout and is now ready to be used by the person who decides to move in.

As you may be able to tell, I take pride in my home and it really is a beautiful place with a lot of character.

I am looking to rent my ground floor apartment to a professional who would look after the apartment like it was their own.

There is only me living in the property and there will be no one else in the house besides myself, so you can expect a nice peaceful house.
