Double room in large three storey home

Double room to rent in large 5 bedroom home, with use of kitchen, bathroom, morning room and outside space. Council Tax Band B. I am the house owner, a self-employed, female, holistic therapist, living in the house and working from home. The household includes 2 males, myself and a cat.

I am looking for a respectful and considerate person for a short term let. It is generally a quiet and peaceful house. We all tend to do our own thing and value each others privacy, but generally up for a good chat too! Situated near to the beautiful Vale Park and local shops, cinema and restaurants. Walking distance to sea and river fronts, plus very convenient for bus, train, ferry and M53.

I am planning on putting the house on the market so it is likely only a short term situation, possibly on a rolling monthly contract.

Will also consider Monday to Friday at a lower rate.
