Double room to rent in large 5 bedroom home, with use of kitchen, bathroom, morning room and outside space. Council Tax Band B. I am the house owner, a self-employed, female, therapist, living in the house and working from home. The household includes 3 males, myself and a cat.

I am looking for a respectful, and considerate person for a short term let. It is generally a quiet house, and we all tend to do our own thing and value each others privacy. Situated near to the beautiful Vale Park and local shops, cinema and restaurants. Walking distance to sea and river fronts, plus very convenient for bus, train, ferry and M53.
