I'm looking for a lodger or a couple to share my home with. A bright, furnished double room is available from January with an ensuite bathroom and an additional storage room on a separate floor in a 3-bedroom maisonette in New Brighton. I can add more furniture if needed.
The place has a lot of character, it includes a shared living room, kitchen, and utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Parking is available on the driveway or on the street and also includes the usage of a bike shed. The property has a third, single bedroom which is not rented and is potentially available for your visitors to sleep over if discussed.
Bills and broadband are included.

The place is located on a quiet street. The waterfront is 2 minutes away and Vale Park is a short walk away. Bus stop is 2 mins from the house and New Brighton train station is a 10-15 mins walk, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I'm a civil servant working from home with some traveling abroad. I'm quiet, sporty, love to cook, enjoy the outdoors and big on sustainability and healthy living, and I meditate a lot.
