My friend and I are on the hunt for a third roommate to join us in our stunning Victorian home in the heart of New Brighton (Wirral).
We pride ourselves on being friendly, outgoing, and a bit eccentric.

•We are specifically looking for a laid-back professional who is over 25 years old, whether male or female.

•We have a spacious double bedroom available, which also comes with an additional single room.

•We will be sharing a bathroom, but there is also a large kitchen, lounge, and hifi room for all of us to enjoy.

•We even have a beautiful yarden for those sunny days.

•The beach and train station are just a short walk away, making it the perfect location.

•Rent is £550 per month, which includes all bills, and a deposit of £200 is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets, but we promise to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our new housemate.
