Friendly home seeks happy room mate

New Brighton has recently gone through an amazing regeneration, with trendy bars, cafe's, cinema, casino to name but a few, the train station is a 7 minute walk from my home & the motorway is a 5 minute drive taking you to all major destinations, the Wallasey tunnel is also less than a 10 minute drive, I have a lovely double bedroom for rent, I am looking for a friendly, respectable room mate who will pay their rent on time, I am looking for someone who is professional & will not bring trouble to my door, I have lovely neighbours & they are very friendly, I am a civil servant & have been for 27 years, even though I smoke, I do not smoke in my home, I have put the rent as weekly but if you are paid monthly then I will accept this monthly if you prefer, I am an easy going person with great friends, I look forward to seeing you soon, good luck in finding your new happy home
