We have a double room available in our 5 bed Victorian terrace. The housemates are friendly mature students and professionals. The house is furnished and includes 2 livings rooms, kitchen, conservatory and 2 bathrooms.

The house is situated in a good residential area of New Brighton with local conveniences including a Co-operative Shop, Natwest Bank, Post Office, Morrisons Supermarket, pubs and restaurants.

New Brighton train station is a 5 minute walk away and there is a bus stop close to the house. It is a 10 minute drive to the tunnel to Liverpool and a 10 minute drive to the M53 motorway.
