The whole house is available to rent. Ideally it would suit a family. I will not rent the rooms to separate people, who do not know each other.

My home has two lovely bedrooms upstairs (one with en-suite and double shower). The second bedroom has another room off it that can be used as an office. There is a third bedroom downstairs next to another bathroom again with double shower. This can also be used as a dining room.

The house is in a nice area in a cul de sac, and backs on to fields, so very quiet and peaceful. There are only 8 houses).

Newton le Willows lies between St Helens. and Warrington. It is on the main Liverpool to Manchester line. Fifteen minutes to Liverpool and 25 minutes to Manchester.
