Freshly decerated double furnished room

Just been decerated a week ago, new blinds and rug fitted also.
Close to m6 and m62 motorways, 2 train stations and a bus station.
I'm a live in landlord with a dog, so must be a pet lover, he has the run of the house, thiers a wet room with a showerand toilet upstairs and a toiletdownstairs, thiers a full kitchen with all appliances, and a patio outside with table and chairs, its a non smoking house, but allowed to smoke outside, itd ready to view from 3rd August, the room is back on due to time wasters apologies to them who has enquired
