The House & Area:
This house is set in the heart of the historic railway town of Earlestown, which is in Newton-le-Willows. This property is ideally situated in a very central location and is close to all local amenities. You are a 3 minute walk away from a large Tesco, McDonalds, local Pizza, Restaurants and bars. For a taste of the local culture, just a few short minutes away is Old Newton with it's lovely Georgian properties and more night life/bars/pubs and restaurants. We like this part of town :- ).

Live in Style: The property is a large property and is one of our favourite houses. It's very spacious. All rooms are fully refurbished and decorated to a high standard. All rooms are stylish doubles and most are over sized and generously offer plenty of space to sleep and also live and move around

You'll find Digital TV points as standard.
Wifi Extends around the house for ease of watching TV/Internet/YouTube/Netflix etc. We have two WiFi providers here.

Just recently redecorated and tastefully furnished with a fully fitted kitchen and great outdoor living space for summer BBQ and entertaining friends. The house has everything you should need including Washer, Tumble, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster etc. (compiled a full list below). There is a flatscreen TV in the kitchen.

Housemates: Join the crowd who are currently enjoying living there:
Currently there are 5 people at the house. All are working in a variety of jobs, Sainsbury, Hermes, Yodel, Card Factory and others, in Wigan, Warrington, Newton and the surrounding areas. We choose nice friendly tenants and they enjoy the privacy of their own room/space and the outside space for socialising. We're looking for clean & tidy folks who can keep the place clean. We don't like clutter in the communal areas, but you are welcome you to be as creative as you can with your own room. (Be individual in your own room, if you want to paint, we will advise you on a choice of colours, we may even provide the paint).

We know we are not for everyone, no smoking is allowed in the rooms or communal parts of the house. We need you to keep it as clean as the other housemates do and play your part in timely dish washing, putting bins out and general tidying. We need you to be working and you should be pretty sociable.

Some Terms and Conditions:
Rent is paid monthly or weekly depending on how your paid
Rents are paid direct into Landlords Bank Account or you can arrange collection
Late rent is NOT allowed rents are due on or before the 1st of the month or each Saturday before 10.00
