Double bedroom in Oxton

Looking for a female house mate to join me and my friendly dog Pearl!

Location is right next to the Williamson art gallery. Can be in Liverpool in 15 mins by car or 7 by train. Birkenhead is also walkable and Oxton village is just 5 mins up the hill.

Room is a large double bedroom and would have pretty much solo access to the main bathroom as I have my own bathroom in my dressing room. Room is pretty plain happy to look at decorating for the right person.

I have have two reception rooms so would be happy to give the tenant access to the back room for solo us (though the dog does sleep in there at night!). Must be okay with dogs as Pearl isn’t going anywhere 🙂.
Large kitchen and nice yard at the back that gets the sun in summer. Price would include all bills, tv, broadband etc. ideally I’d like another professional female.
