Large Double Room in Oxton Flat share

I'm looking for a lodger to rent the spare room in my 2 bed flat. It's a large bedroom which is currently minimally furnished with just the essentials - I'm happy for you to bring your own furniture. You would also have shared use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Rent is £600 p/m, all bills included. I'm happy to consider a short term arrangement if you only need somewhere for a few months.

This is a nice quiet and safe block of flats. I'm on the second floor so you will need to be ok with stairs. There is car parking available outside the flats and we're near the Birkenhead tunnel and M53. Also close to local bus routes and more than one train station.

Oxton is a beautiful and very green area with local shops, bars and cafes.

I'm looking for someone who lives a quiet lifestyle, either a professional or a student is fine. I'm a 42 year old female who enjoys reading, films, craft, charity shopping and getting out into the countryside. I work full time for a charity.

I'm a vegetarian and would prefer to live with someone who will not be cooking meat in the flat.

You must be an animal lover as I have two beautiful rescue cats. One is timid and takes time to relax around new people so I need someone they will be comfortable with.
