A bright and comfortable double room is available to rent in my spacious two-bed flat in Oxton (CH43).

30 minutes to Liverpool, 10 minutes to Birkenhead, 30 minutes to Arrowe Park Hospital and 40 minutes to West Kirby all by public transport.

I’ll be away working away a lot between June and October, so I’m looking for a tidy, respectful lodger to share the flat during this period. I have only just moved into the flat which is why in the photos it looks quite sparse!

Can come with a bed (or if you have your own that’s fine), chest of drawers and hanging space for your clothes.

Large shared living room with L-shaped sofa, TV unit (but currently no TV), lamp.
Glass dining table with 4 chairs.

Separate modern kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, cutlery, crockery, lots of cupboard space and a small fold down breakfast table with 2 chairs.

🛁 Main Bathroom
With bath & shower, plus an over bath shower and toilet.

Clean and homely feel.
Shared entrance and carpeted hallway.
Parking space included (off-road/private space).

Gas, electricity, and water is included — within reason. As long as usage stays sensible (e. g. not running the heating 24/7 in summer!)
