Also, no drugs or alcohol will be allowed.
Smokers are welcomed, but smoking is not permitted inside the house.
The ideal tenant is a professional with daytime hours. The place is not suitable for night shift workers. Accommodation available exclusively for single occupants.
The tenant will have full access and the ability to use two shared bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer. There is plenty of storage space. The tenant will also have access to a beautiful garden, which is a great place to relax in the summer.
