I have 2 large double rooms available in my extended 4 bed semi set on a quiet residential street. One upstairs and one downstairs. Downstairs is furnished with a comfortable double bed , a double wardrobe, 1x5- drawer chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, a TV, a small desk with chair and an easy chair.

The upstairs room has a comfortable double bed with bedside cabinet and underbed storage space, a large 3-drawer chest of drawers plus double and single wardrobe spaces with shelving and lockers above. There is also a desk with office chair. This room was recarpeted over the summer.

The house has an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and sink, and a downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and sink. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large, modern kitchen which is well stocked with equipment for communal use ,as well as a dishwasher. Outside there is a large garden including a shared rotary clothes line, plus a shed which can be used for bike storage if required. There is on -street parking, and the road is well-lit at night.

The room will be available any time after 18th November.
The property has easy, 10 minute access to the M53 in case of commuting. Arrowe Park Hospital is a 10 minute journey away, also Spire Murrayfield and there are local Primary and Secondary Schools within easy reach. Leahurst Veterinary College is a 20 minute drive away, as is Stanlow Oil Refinery and Unilever in Port Sunlight , so I am well- placed to suit a variety of occupations.

I am looking for a professional person, who must be clean, tidy and respectful of everyone who lives here as it is essential for everyone to feel comfortable, happy and safe. I am a live-in landlady working full time.

The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away for easy transport to Arrowe Park Hospital and also Liverpool City Centre. Alternatively, buses can be picked up in Heswall Bus Station for travel into Chester. It is only a short drive into Heswall village with all its amenities, but there is a Tesco Local and Sainsbury's Local within walking distance. There is also a Post Office and a variety of takeaways.
