I have 2 large bright centrally heated double rooms available in my extended 4 bed semi set on a quiet well-lit residential street with ample on-street parking. One upstairs and one downstairs. Downstairs is furnished with a comfortable double bed , a double wardrobe, 1x5- drawer chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, a TV, a small desk with chair and an easy chair.

The upstairs room has a comfortable double bed with bedside cabinet and underbed storage space, a large 3-drawer chest of drawers plus double and single wardrobe spaces with shelving and lockers above. There is also a desk with office chair. It looks out onto a large back garden .This room was recarpeted last summer and decorated earlier last year.

The house has an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and sink, and a downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and sink. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large, modern kitchen which is well stocked with equipment for communal use ,as well as a dishwasher. Outside there is a large garden with a decked area and lawns and includes a shared rotary clothes line, plus a shed which can be used for bike storage if required.

The downstairs rooms will be available any time after 6th March whilst the upstairs room will be available towards the end of March. Please note that preference will be given to stays of 6 months + and 9-5 workers.

The property has easy 10 minute access to the M53 and is within easy commuting distance for Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Heswall, West Kirby, Hoylake, New Brighton, Deeside and Chester.

You'll find the location is convenient for many local employers including Wirral Waters , Wirral Primary and Secondary schools, Leahurst Veterinary College, Unilever, Nestle, RWE, Petrofac, British Gas, Cammell Laird, WUTH, Arrowe Park, Clatterbridge , St Cath's and Royal Liverpool hospitals. Also Spire Murrayfield hospital.

The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away for easy transport to Arrowe Park Hospital and also Liverpool City Centre. Alternatively, buses can be picked up in Heswall Bus Station for travel into Chester. It is only a short drive into Heswall village with all its amenities including bars, pubs, restaurants, independent shops and gyms. Closer to home there is a Tesco Local and Sainsbury's Local within walking distance. There is also a Post Office and a variety of takeaways.
