I have furnished bedsits to let in Birkenhead Park. The rooms have a washbasin and TV aerial, and there is wifi and a laundry room in the house, as well as shared kitchens and bathrooms. The house has a mixed range of tenants, including mostly mature, quiet people. We prefer older people who are happy to get along with their neighbours, and be considerate of others in the house. We do not welcome those who enjoy loud music, or coming home noisily late at night.
