I have a double room in let in my flat in Prenton.
The flat is a few minutes walk to Singleton Avenue / Borough Road with buses to Liverpool, Birkenhead, Heswall, Arrowe Park and Bebington. It is a ten minute walk to Sainsburys, Aldi and restaurants on Woodchurch Road and a 5 minute walk to the pubs and bars in Oxton Village.
The room itself has a double bed, Wardrobe, a book case and chesterdraws.
You will have shared use of a the living room with TV, DVD player, Internet, DAB radio and the usual kitchen stuff!
You'll be sharing with an easy going chilled out 32 year lad, who works Monday - Friday 9 - 5. Ideally I want someone 21 - 35 who works or is a full time student. As I work full time I would prefer someone who isn't a party animal in the week - someone easy going would be good.
The rent includes all bills, such as Water, Electricity, council tax, internet etc
