Large double bedroom

Hi! I have a large double bedroom available from 22nd September. It is in a three bedroom semi-detached house with a good size back garden and a small front garden. There is plenty of parking available including a large driveway. The kitchen is brand new with a lovely small breakfast bar. The living room is also fairly new. The bedroom is very spacious, bright and private as it is at the back of the house. It is also partly furnished with a lovely double bed and double wardrobe (with a mirror). There is a good bus route available approx 3 minute walk away and a railway station nearby.
It will have just myself living in the property and my partner visiting 2/3 times a week.
I am flexible as to any visitors you may want to have, but informing me would be needed....and vice versa.
Im 30 years old with no children so i do like to have the odd evening out or away with my partner, or meals in. I do have a cat but she stays out of anyones way.
Price includes all bills.
However, if it was for a couple price would need to be negotiated.
