Double room available in our home. We are a couple renting out a room in our home. The price includes cleaning the room if required and we can also offer a laundry service at an additional cost. We are happy to rent to a couple at a rate of £160 per week. .This is a smoke free home and is kept clean and well presented throughout. We do have one small hypo-allergenic dog who is fully housetrained. Modern fully equipped Kitchen with Washing Machine, Tumble dryer, Microwave and Dishwasher.
