Double room to rent in a 3 bed property

I’ve just bought my property and I’m looking for a lodger to rent out the 2nd large bedroom.

I’ll be the only other person living in the house. I’m 30, employed as an engineer, and have been a lodger myself in the past. Ideally you’ll be around my age, have similar mindset/interests, and be open to socialising too - living with someone who never comes out of their room or speaks would be a bit odd!

The house has two large reception rooms, a large kitchen/diner, large 3 piece bathroom, off-road parking and a nice garden with great views

Convenient location too:
12 min walk to Eccleston Park train station,
20 min walk to centre of Prescot,
24 min walk to Whiston Hospital,
45 min walk to centre of Rainhill,

I’d furnish the room with a proper bed if you wanted it furnished. Happy to leave it unfurnished if that suits you better too.
