I’m looking for a like minded professional to rent my furnished double spare room for a minimum of 3 months. The room includes a large spacious floor to ceiling wardrobe and a double bed. My house is situated in a cul de sac, within a lovely quiet friendly neighborhood.

You will have sole access to the bathroom which includes a bath and a shower.


All bills are included within the £500pcm including:

• A parking space on my driveway

Prescot is a great upcoming vibrant area with excellent transport links - located next to the M57, M62 and M56 motorways and Liverpool John Lennon airport (15min drive). Within a 1mile walk, there’s easy bus route access across the city: 10, 10A, 89, 61, 217.

The house is located 1 .5 miles from Whiston Hospital. Prescot train station is within 1 mile that has direct links to Liverpool city centre (25mins) and Manchester (45mins)

Within 1 mile (10min walk) theres a retail park that includes a Tesco's Extra, Marks & Spencer, TK Maxx, The Range, B&M, Boots, JD Sports, Spec Savers, Next, a Sun-bed Tanning shop & McDonalds.

Prescot town centre (1mile) has boutique shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and the newly built Shakespeare Theatre.
